Bryan Seaman is the Intake Specialist/Investigator for Gary Phillips Accident Law Professionals.
Bryan is the Intake Specialist/Investigator for the firm. He was born and raised here in Arizona and graduated from Scottsdale Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree and continued on to receive his Certificate in Legal Assisting from Phoenix College. He is a licensed private investigator with the State of Arizona and has 25 years of experience specifically investigating personal injury cases. Bryan was the in-house investigator for the law firm of Phillips and Lyon and worked on all cases but worked more closely on cases involving significant injuries with Gary Phillips.
As our Intake Specialist, Bryan will meet with new clients typically within 24 hours at a location most convenient to the new client, be that their home, the hospital, a doctor’s office or the neighborhood coffee shop. At this meeting Bryan will do an interview with the new client to gather all the information about the case, take pictures of the client’s injuries and damage to their vehicle and/or property and answer any questions he can regarding the process of a personal injury case. Once the interview is over he will set an appointment for each client to speak with their attorney to formalize the attorney/client relationship.
As an Investigator, Bryan’s job is to determine all the parties involved, what happened and why did the accident happen. This entails anything from reviewing the accident reports to going to the scene of the accident to determine if there were any unusual conditions such as a road or construction hazard, broken street light, etc. He also speaks to any witnesses of the accident, takes photos of any evidence necessary to support the case and then he will analyze all of the information for the attorney. All of the information Bryan collects builds a stronger case for our client.
