Sue is the Senior Intake Paralegal for the firm in Mohave County where we have offices in Bullhead City and Kingman. She has lived in Mohave County for almost 30 years and knows the community extremely well. She has over 20 years of experience handling personal injury cases, of which 10 of them were while working with Phillips and Lyon with Gary Phillips. She has always enjoyed working closely with clients and she adds a personal touch to all our clients in Mohave County. Sue is an integral part of the team at Gary Phillips Accident Law Professionals and helps with investigation and client matters all throughout Mohave County including Bullhead City, Kingman, Golden Valley, Lake Havasu and all of the other surrounding areas.
As our Senior Intake Paralegal, Sue meets with new clients typically within 24 hours at a location most convenient to the new client, be that their home, the hospital, a doctor’s office or the neighborhood coffee shop. At this meeting, Sue will do an interview with the new client to gather all the information about the case and take pictures of the client’s injuries and damage to their vehicle and/or property. With all of her experience handling personal injury claims, directly and indirectly, she has the ability to answer any questions regarding the process of a personal injury case. Once the interview is over she will set an appointment for each client to speak with their attorney over the telephone to formalize the attorney/client relationship.
